Not happy with having to wait more than 3 day to get my goods. Dis-Chem does same day delivery, why can't Clicks?

Clicks online service is just pathetic. I've been have been waiting for my order for 11 days and counting... The worst part is that they don't even know where it is. I would not expect something like this from Clicks, such a reputable company. This is so disappointing. Never again!

Clicks online shopping system is completely useless. What is the point of ordering online and it takes days to arrive? The courier collect the parcel the same day yet you must still wait days to receive it? Makes absolutely no sense. The closest clicks to me is a few roads away! Also called customer service and again absolutely useless. I requested to rather have my order cancelled because it makes no sense to receive it a week later and they said I will need to wait to receive the stock then take it to the store to request a refund! For something I haven't received yet and would rather go in store than to wait so many days? Absolutely ridiculous!!! Honestly the worst online shopping site. Will never use it again

If you purchase something from clicks and end up throwing away your receipt. Service to resolve is atrocious. Because you don't have your original receipt even though you use your clicks card they will not refund you. It's a shame ..in future will not be buying anything from clicks.

Clicks delivery/click & collect service is the most backwards service of all time! It’s so disappointing! Do better clicks. We spend thousands in your stores every month, and we deserve better for that. Your team sucks and with the little experience I have, I’m certain I could do so much better cause customer service is everything!!

Its very bad, i thought ordering online will be simple,click and collect same day,only to find out that you have to wait,the order can take 3to 5 days for something one can go to the store and just get same day, Honestly no-one must order online at clicks, it's a total waste of time, just go into a store and go home,if the product is not available go to dischem

Firstly it was my fault for not reading fine print. When I read click n collect. I thought literally pay online and get someone to collect. Like the checkers 60/60 concept. Man, was I disappointed. I live across a mall in Kzn which has a Clicks.(0.09km) I have covid so I could not get to the mall. Decided to order online, things like vitamin c/vicks/tissue/immune boosters for my family. After a call to a rather smirking clicks employee, who scoffed when I asked if it was like the checkers concept. I realised, it's comes from their "jhb dc". I couldn't even cancel my order!! My question is why? Why can it not be shopped and delivered locally? Why deliver all the way from another province when it can be obtained so easily locally? So now I will wait to get my items from another province while I'm ill. I could do a refund if I'm unhappy, but it would mean me going into the store. Clicks need to get in with the times. So backward. You guys could learn a thing or two from Checkers. Absolutely brilliant service

I made a purchase online with clicks, the day they were supposed to deliver, they refused someone else collecting on my behalf as I was at work, which I understood if its according to their policies, then their courier company called to change the address to my work address, in order for them to deliver, which I did give them, I also told them to deliver before 15:00 as I knock off at 15:00, which they agreed, but during the day I was supposed to receive my delivery, I reached out to them but couldn't get through, until using the email, I sent my email at around 14:45 and they reassured my delivery is on the way, I had to wait at work until 16:30 only to find out that the address wasn't changed, still couldnt receive my order. Of all the online purchases I have ever done, Clicks is the worst by far.

My first purchase online with clicks was very chaotic. i ordered nappies and formula on Wednesday and the courier guy showed up at my place on Friday without my phone number printed on the parcel. so, i spent the whole weekend without anything for my little one. i did a second purchase online on Monday 03 oct 2022 for the same thing, it took 5 days for processing, and today its Friday 07 oct, i have not received my order yet. It's going to be another weekend without anything for my daughter. i will never, ever shop with clicks online again.

Clicks delivery is very bad. I have now waited since last week for my order. No use going instore either because I am told the products are not in the store. I tried collect the last time thinking it will be better but its just as bad as delivery. Clicks should really up their game in their delivery turnaround time. It is crazy to wait so long for the items to arrive. Even checking the tracking doesn't help because according to it, my parcel arrived 3 days ago but its just sitting somewhere I suppose at the courier place. For whatever reasons I don't know.

Honestly, I ordered online with three different companies, all on the same day, and the others confirmed collection was ready a day later. It has been 3 days and still no further update. So sad that a well established company such as Clicks cannot get online orders to their customers within 24-48 hours. This is my second purchase using the online platform and surely will be my last.

After paying through the payU system, did not even get an email confirmation of purchase - from the reviews here I think it's going to take long to resolve this matter.

I placed an order for click and collect on the 1st of July and today is the 13th, and I still have not received my order. I got a message with an OTP to go collect in the store and when we got there, we were told that the order is not there. I have called several times enquiring about the order, and I was told it’s being escalated, and I will be getting the order today. There is still nothing!! Honestly, this is my last online order with Clicks. I have always tolerated your poor click and collect service, but this did it for me. I need my parcel today or please send me a refund. Best of luck to anyone who will be using Clicks for online service because it’s really bad!

Clicks is the worse on online service, i bought online on the 20 june 2022, and still today my order has not arrived. And they dont update nothing, the tracking option keep saying enroute, for 2wks now, and it was a pick up order. Im so dissapointed. I will never in my entire life order at clicks online never.
