Today i went to clicks mabopane square and i bought the Abdomen Oral Gel.When i arrive home later yooh and try to apply it,it was already opened and it was a little left in the tube.Yoooh im so disappointed by clicks,it seems like someone has been using it and what if we apply it and get sick.

Hi there, I was so impressed with your 18 roll double ply toilet paper x 2 for such a good price. Until I started using it. It definitely is a sorry excuse for double ply. I dont think it can compare with other double ply toilet papers. The standard is very similar to PnPay single ply rolls. I hate complaining, but that extra thin layer does not help.

Clicks autumn leaf mall zeerust i had to wait for a pre packed for 25 minutes. I specifically asked it to be prepacked so i dont wait. Though i showed my discomfort the lady seemed not to care

We ordered online and our items was delivered to the wrong address and we are hoping to get our items back or at least a refund we wil no longer be shopping online at click we will rather shop in store

I called clicks, gateway to both the pharmacy and the switchboard concerning a vaccine. Both departments dont answer their phones. I need to know if they have stock of the vaccine. Its not feasible to drive there to mak3 enquiries. Please could the management address this issue. I dont think its so difficult to answer the phone. It could be a patient requiring urgent medication. Pathetic service. Zero rating but it does not allow me

I went to Clicks in Schweitzer Reneke today and had a very unpleasant experience the pharmacy attendants were very grumpy and gossiped in a load tone in their mother tongue without any respect or tact towards my elderly mother while waiting to be served. She was very upset about the whole ordeal

DON'T BUY THE NEWBORN NAPPY TRIAL PACK FROM CLICKS AS TOTALLY CRAPPY! EXCUSE THE PUN! THEY DO NOT SEAL AT ALL AND TEAR APART WHEN ONE TRIES TO PULL OFF THE SEAL....WHAT A RUBBISH PRODUCT AND AWFUL SERVICE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR DETAILS AND NEVER PHONE YOU BACK....BETTER PLACES TO SHOP THAN BEING RIPPED OFF BY BLOODY CLICKS!!!!

Clicks is a big company by now their site should be working for foreigners who want to import to their countries I for one I'm Malawian and it's very hard to order from your site using my standard bank card

Have been trying to change my phone number on the App and despite calling the helpline, it refuses to change my number. The OTP keeps going to the old number, thus cannot confirm any orders, scripts etc. The asistant on the helpline treated me in a very off-hand manner, insisting that all I had to do was log in after an hour and all my problems would be solved. The App is not intuitive at all.

I trust clicks products no doubts about that but i m so disappointed that they changed the quality of their double ply tissues its now like single ply its terrible i will never buy tissues from clicks again cos i always have to use wipes after using it, pieces of tissue stuck in my bums total nightmare!!

I am merely writing this review to voice my personal opinion. I bought the Toni and guy slimline straightner from Clicks. What a dissapointment. It was a steal for R399.99 but for me money wasted. The plates are so akwardly shaped. For me it is impossible to make a curl with that squared design. I usually love Toni and guy products but they really missed with this one. The only thing this useless design is good for is getting burned all over because its just not user friendly. If i could I would seriously take this monstrosity back and rather buy one of the house brand straightners. 😢

Matt has been our computer technician for many years and we are extremely happy with his service. This afternoon we phoned Matt whether he could assist us with by transferring our data from our old phone to a new one. As usual he could. He logged into our system and transferred all the data to our new iPhone in no time. Over the years he has always been able to assist us. We will recommend Matt to anyone as he knows his products. Dear Clicks Head Office I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your employees, Biance de Beer, during my recent visit to your pharmacy in Constantia. On Tuesday 23 April 2024, I visited your pharmacy to collect my medication. Unfortunately, I was met with rude and disrespectful behavior from Ms. de Beer. Despite the fact that I had been a loyal customer and had never encountered such treatment before, Ms. de Beer seemed disinterested and dismissive from the moment she assisted me. Firstly, Ms. de Beer failed to greet or introduce herself, which immediately set a negative tone for our interaction. She then proceeded to display a lack of professionalism and competence when she encountered difficulties processing my medication. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue or offer assistance, she rudely suggested that I should look at my statement myself to determine why the medication could not be dispensed. As a long-standing customer of Click Constantia, I have always been accustomed to receiving excellent service from your pharmacy staff. However, Ms. de Beer's behavior was not only unprofessional but also made me feel victimized and incompetent. Despite my attempts to communicate my concerns, Ms. de Beer continued to prioritize the computer over addressing my needs as a customer. Furthermore, Ms. de Beer's behavior was exacerbated by her inappropriate laughter with her colleagues while I was still waiting for resolution. This demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and disregard for customer service standards. I find it unacceptable that someone in a managerial position, as Ms. de Beer claims to be, would behave in such a manner towards a customer. Instead of de-escalating the situation and providing a satisfactory resolution, Ms. de Beer further exacerbated the issue with her dismissive attitude and refusal to apologize. In conclusion, I am appalled by the level of service I received from Ms. de Beer and believe that her behavior does not reflect the values of your pharmacy. I urge you to address this matter promptly and ensure that appropriate action is taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Sincerely, Imtiaz Noor 068 35 44 11 3

I received my order very late, it was a mess, cleaning chemicals were packed in one box with my baby’s food . Worst part I had to call the store because I didn’t receive the SMS with the OTP . I’m so disappointed, after all these years of being a customer 🚮
