I wanted to exchange few items that was purchased 2 weeks ago and I just wanted to do an exchange but the items were cosmetics and returns on cosmetics is not allowed but the supervisor in Clicks- Blue Route, Her name is Bonita if I'm not mistaken.
The supervisor on duty assisted me and even went all the way to help me do the exchange as I didn't want the cash refund but just wanted to exchange for something else. The service I received at Clicks Blue Route is actually 10/10, the staff was friendly and the supervisor was on top of things.
Clicks Blue Route service is exceptional and I would highly recommend for getting the best service.
