Call and collect??????? 4 to 6 days????? My parents stay 900m (Bayswater Bloemfontein) from clicks. I am in Cape Town, though pay order and they collect...no prob but 6 days.... No thanx checkers delv 60 min en klaar.

Placed an order with Clicks online shopping on 28 November. Still have not received the products purchased. The last communication from Clicks was on 9 December to inform of a delay in delivery. This is after deliveryto a Clicks store for collection was charged to the purchase. Very disappointing service.

I really fail to understand how can they make a competition, especially the one that you have to win a car but apparently in order to enter to win you need to fuel up at engin. So my question is what's the purpose of this competition if only people with cars can enter? For those who dont have cars can't win? I mean people who have cars why do they need another car. Clicks should give everyone a chance, there's people out here who dont have cars but really need cars... but I suggest that this competition is for those who already have cars. This is ridiculous.

Ordered an Instax printer got sent a smudge makeup set. How the online team managed to get my order completely wrong will remain an unsolved mystery. Four days later and I'm still waiting for them to collect their mess-up. I will never purchase from Clicks online ever again. I haven't had one phone call from Mr Yazeed Valley the "online manager". Do yourself a favor, and shop with a reputable company instead, and STAY AWAY from Clicks Online. #Clicks

I ordered on 3 December, the app says the parcel has been ready for collection since 9 December, this is really terrible, I'll probably get my staff in 2022.

Its professional to let a customer know beforehand that there might be delays with an online order instead of after paying online expecting the waiting period to be 2 to 3 days only for it to be going to the 4th day and your order still says processing on the website.when you phone customer service people seem incompetent to assist you so you waste your airtime phoning support and after the call you are still unsure of when or if your order will be delivered anytime soon. Truly poor service and bad service delivery skills

Tried now the second time to see if they actually improved their online app as the first time using it I didn't receive an Item as it was 1 of the famous Buy 3 of Sorbet Brand then the cheapest 1 is for free so when I phoned it was explained that their system doesn't show Items with a R0.00 balance and was told to take the online Tax Invoice to a clicks and return the products that was delivered and then ask to buy it again to get the item. (This would not have a big issue, but it was part of a birthday gift.) Then this month I decided to give them another go at this and just to say highly disappointed and when I phoned to find out I was told that the Leadtime are actually 5 Days for orders (P.s. also been informed that Clicks online warehouse and etc staff doesn't work over weekends so it's 5 days workdays.)

Ordered perfume on Thursday, 25/11/2021, today is the 1st of December and apparently my delivery will be delayed by a few days. Keep in mind that click and collect deliveries take 1-3 working days but it's been 5 days since I placed my order! I am so disappointed with their service and I will make sure never to recommend Clicks online shopping to anyone. If there's a high number of orders, why not hire more people for deliveries?! Their service is beyond pathetic! Further more, they didn't warn me before I placed my order, why wasn't I told that there may be a delay BEFORE I placed my order?!

Dont use Clicks online shopping. I ordered items on the 3rd November, tge website says it will take 3-5 days for delivery. 12 days later Im still waiting. The customer services dept is not interested in helping. Please, DO NOT order from Clicks.

Placed an online order to collect at store suppose to take 3 days. Order still shows processing, called the customer service lines 5 times already order is escalated according them but no one can assit or tell me what's the problem. Emailed them as well haven't heard of them yet. No words

Just a pity there is no option to give a -00.CLicks online is the WORST in the history of online shopping there call center customer service people are incompetent. I placed an order and paid for it. It is supposed to be a 3-day service, so when there was no movement on day 2 I called to cancel and ask for a refund as the parcel would only reach the destination 5 days after the fact. I was told I can't cancel it. I had to send money to someone in a different province to go purchase the gift in cash in the store. The same product was not available so I had to get something that was not my first choice either, still no word on my refund. PATHETIC!!

Loadshedding affects all of us but somehow small businesses make a plan. Clicks on the other hand shuts down and cannot even assist customers already in store. If u want to retain your customers I strongly suggest u make a plan Clicks management. U are not to big to fail.

Worst Online shopping experience ever! I placed an order and upon checking out and reviewing there website, I was supposed to receive my order within 1-3 working days and now 2nd week is gone and they don't deliver in weekends. Secondly, I'm still waiting for the refund of the overcharge. The discount they advertised was effected and only noticed after having processed payment.

Do not use clicks online shopping! The website will say they have stock and then 2 weeks later when you were expecting delivery a week before they will tell you they have no stock. Their website does not even have a basic stock syncing system to show what it truly in stock or not. Waste of time and now I have to wait for a refund. Takealot.com had the same thing - I should have gone with them. Pity I chose to give clicks online a try.

had a bad experience with clicks Vangate Cape Town, when you get to the pharmacy you expect to get the best service ever. Firstly to let a disabled person to wait in a long queue is definitely not on. Had a script which was handed to a different branch but did not have a certain item, they promised to call within days for collection. waited for more than 2 weeks. then decided to go to Vangate and found what i was looking for. When i got to the tills after a very long wait, i explained to the pharmacist that the script is in Pinelands and have been waiting long and they never called. Vangate also had the last item on the shelf to my surprise to be told that i should tell Pinelands store that Vangate has the item. Pharmacist did not even want to try and call Pinelands himself and find out from Pinelands instead he kept on asking me why do they have it and Pinelands don't? Do i work for Clicks ? how can you ask a customer such a question and be dismissive of everything. Rangie from Vangate is not customer orientated at all. what also annoyed me is to be told that there are lots of people waiting that he needs to attend to, what about me that means i did not matter to him at all. I thank the ladies who went out of their way to assist Fatima and Siyasanga.

SINUCON IS AN OVER THE COUNTER PILL I HAD A BAD EXPERICENCE WITH.AFTER TAKING A DOSE OF 2 PILLS IN THE MORNING I FELT VERY DROWSY BUT THE SINUS CLEARED AS I SLEPT. NIGHT TIME I TOOK A DOSE OF 1 PILL,AN HOUR LATER I WAS WOKENUP MY A FEELING OF ITCHING AND BURNING ALL OVER MY SKIN ,I TOOK SOME ANTIHISTAMINE AND THE ALLERGIC REACTION STOPPED. I DO NOT THINK I WILL USE THIS PRODUCT AGAIN, I SUGGEST IT IS SOLD WITH A DOCTOR'S PRESCRIPTION NOT OVER THE COUNTER.

Was my first time buying online from them ,what a poor customer service received! I ended up loosing R148.00 on item they advertised but was out of stock, they didn't even try to give me an option. Never ever again!
