Good evening I trust that you are well. Earlier today I had the most terrible experience with the clicks pharmacy at gateway. A lady in the pharmacy refused to serve me and when she did she was very cheeky about it.She further went on to make me and my fiancé feel very out of place. I’m really shocked by the experience from clicks gateway And would sincerely hope that they offer better service especially surrounding the people working at the pharmacy. Try to hire staff that isn’t judgemental about what medication someone orders or requests as it is very disrespectful. I will no longer be shopping at clicks gateway due to this matter.
