“I have spent many thousands of rands at Clicks. My wife has terminal bone cancer and the pain meds we get at Government hospital has BAD side effects. I don't have a Medical Aid and am a pensioner. I get her Fentanyl patches privately which costs a lots of money. I got 3x quotes from different pharmacies and chose to get the meds at Clicks as their quote was R11 100 for one months supply. I asked them to get them for me but asked that they confirm the price as they had already tried to find a cheaper generic. This morning 3 days after getting a quote in writing and paying in excess of R11 000 already) i get told that the price is now R12 600. Sweetly, KEEP YOUR WORD. Today is the last day Clicks shall see me. very very sad.”

“Print&frame protea glen mall the guys that works there they are so cold like a freezer unfriendly there's this young one short his worse their service it is sooooo horrible how can they run the business and have staff like this I always go there I am a customer but oh no I won't spend my money there anymore sorry.”

“I am a happy customer. Did my order on Wednesday evening & today it's Friday, it has been delivered. Nothing was short or broken, the service was good. Even the courier guys did a good job. I will definitely be ordering from clicks delivery again 🙂🙂”

“Good evening I trust that you are well. Earlier today I had the most terrible experience with the clicks pharmacy at gateway. A lady in the pharmacy refused to serve me and when she did she was very cheeky about it.She further went on to make me and my fiancé feel very out of place. I’m really shocked by the experience from clicks gateway And would sincerely hope that they offer better service especially surrounding the people working at the pharmacy. Try to hire staff that isn’t judgemental about what medication someone orders or requests as it is very disrespectful. I will no longer be shopping at clicks gateway due to this matter.”

“Online service is PATHETIC! No feedback on when or who will deliver your parcel. Called client services and I was rudely told to wait my turn. Order Body Shop products through Clicks online, so I'm put off that as well. Such an unprofessional mess!!!!! Please don't support this circus.”

“My son and his friend were at Clicks Lonehill Shopping Center this afternoon. After leaving the store they were followed by a security guard who harassed and forced them to go back into the store. Once there, he accosted them, accused them of stealing and insisted on searching their bags. He searched their bags, went through and touched their personal belongings and found no stolen items. After this ordeal and invasion of privacy, there was no apology or no explanation as to why they had been profiled, targeted and accused of theft!!! Shame on Clicks and it’s subpar unprofessional security staff!!! Do better!!!”

“Clicks pharmacists are getting clever they broke up my script into 6 items and charges me for a dispensing fee for each then they do not have stock then back order and probably again a dispensing fee it should have been only one fee. SORRY you will only catch me once and lost a customer forever.... please watch out!”

“Clicks online shopping system is completely useless. What is the point of ordering online and it takes days to arrive? The courier collect the parcel the same day yet you must still wait days to receive it? Makes absolutely no sense. The closest clicks to me is a few roads away! Also called customer service and again absolutely useless. I requested to rather have my order cancelled because it makes no sense to receive it a week later and they said I will need to wait to receive the stock then take it to the store to request a refund! For something I haven't received yet and would rather go in store than to wait so many days? Absolutely ridiculous!!! Honestly the worst online shopping site. Will never use it again”
