Its obvious from the reviews that no one should purchase online from Clicks. Bought a product online on 31 March, which should be delivered in 2-3 days. Its is 12 April and haven't received the product. Clicks is just silent, no updates given, no apologies, nothing. on 8 April I called customer care, but they don't answer. So I emailed *********** to enquire. They said they would escalate. 11 April I had not received feedback so I called and again, no answer. I emailed again and their response was to give them another 24 hrs to provide feedback. As if i haven't waited long enough. Of course, they didn't response within 24hrs either. I have advised them that the product I ordered was prescribed by a dermatologist and Im in desperate need of it, but that didn't spark any urgency or concern. It's been 12 days of non delivery, and no explanation whatsoever.

I’m writing this review with great disappointment I was recently employed with the company till I lost my job on the 15th of December 2021, later the week I can in to sign and sign off my provident fund form and got my service certificate which stated an amount I was expected to get from the provident fund claim I waited for a few week so I can get my pay so I can be able to restart my life and go further my education but 2 months passed when I called in my previous manager to inquire about the issue she referred me to the provident fund division with is a independent company when I called in with the company they told me I had to wait for 6-8week which passed without me getting my payout I made several calls to check in when I’ll get the payout but there was always excuses and what not. Only later last week I got paid but to my surprise I only got R8000 from the R61 000 of which was stated on my service certificate I tried calling in with clicks HR but they never pick up or when they do pick up they tell me that I should wait they’ll transfer me to the relevant department then they placed me on hold for 30mins!! And the call was never picked up till I hung up out of frastration. I really need the money for my tuition and help my family out the pay out I got didn’t even meet not even one of the things I thought I’d do…

COMPLIMENTS TO THE STAFF AT CLICKS PORT ALFRED. This message serves to compliment the service received at your Port Alfred Branch. In particular that of Justin Ford. I am a regular at your store and have not once experienced the complaints as depicted on your web page by certain of your customers. What a joy it is to enter your store - it is clean and your staff is always friendly and helpful. This despite the fact that they are on their feet all day. I have often witnessed Justin opening a till to get the queue to move faster when he would take over the roll as a cashier. Nothing is too much of a problem to this young and dynamic man when at times, I have to swop an item because my husband has changed his mind and prefers another brand! As most women often have to do.....Justin has a calm personality and gives every client his full attention when they queue to see him to resolve their problem. He is truly the face of Clicks. Ordering online is pathetic. My order has been 'out for delivery' since 9 days ago. Still not received and no feedback. Will never use this service again. 0/10 rating from me

The clicks at the Chilli Lane in Sunninghill has the worst service at the pharmacy. Every time I go there, no matter how long or short the queue, I always wait 10/15min to be served. It’s ridiculous that there aren’t more people there to help. Especially on a Saturday morning.

My order status stuck on 'OUT FOR DELIVERY' since from last week, I tried to get in touch with them but still no response. Their courier service is a nightmare, worst out of the rest at least in my opinion and some of you out there. Anyway I think that 1 star rating is way to much for them lets be fair, 0/10 rating will do.

Tried the click and collect app. It was absolutely terrible! I order from the clicks in my home town and the order shipped for JHB only arrived a week after I needed it and to the wrong place. Staff were Completely useless at helping me! Completely put me off your whole store. It took WAY longer than I'd i just went in. Do yourself a favor and use checkers or Woolworths.

Wilgma Adams was called by the apparent store manager (no name badge) to assist with my exchange request of a Kambrook iron my wife bought which has a ceramic plate which was catching her silk blouses. According to the "manager" this could not be returned as it was used? So I don't quite understand how How can Clicks expects us to support them, as we now have to assume that everything they sell works perfectly and if it's unsuitable or broken it's our problem. Disgusting customer support and absolutely no customer care. Pathetic. Kevin

Ordered an airfryer of r2000 which was not delivered, instead I got a small box handed to me from the couriers. Seriously? Anyone with a sane mind would know that no airfryer would fit in such a small box. Have been in contact with them 4times emailed numerous times still with no concrete resolution. Their turnaround time to respond to queries is pathetic.

Call and collect??????? 4 to 6 days????? My parents stay 900m (Bayswater Bloemfontein) from clicks. I am in Cape Town, though pay order and they collect...no prob but 6 days.... No thanx checkers delv 60 min en klaar.

Placed an order with Clicks online shopping on 28 November. Still have not received the products purchased. The last communication from Clicks was on 9 December to inform of a delay in delivery. This is after deliveryto a Clicks store for collection was charged to the purchase. Very disappointing service.

I really fail to understand how can they make a competition, especially the one that you have to win a car but apparently in order to enter to win you need to fuel up at engin. So my question is what's the purpose of this competition if only people with cars can enter? For those who dont have cars can't win? I mean people who have cars why do they need another car. Clicks should give everyone a chance, there's people out here who dont have cars but really need cars... but I suggest that this competition is for those who already have cars. This is ridiculous.

Ordered an Instax printer got sent a smudge makeup set. How the online team managed to get my order completely wrong will remain an unsolved mystery. Four days later and I'm still waiting for them to collect their mess-up. I will never purchase from Clicks online ever again. I haven't had one phone call from Mr Yazeed Valley the "online manager". Do yourself a favor, and shop with a reputable company instead, and STAY AWAY from Clicks Online. #Clicks

I ordered on 3 December, the app says the parcel has been ready for collection since 9 December, this is really terrible, I'll probably get my staff in 2022.
