“I wanted to exchange few items that was purchased 2 weeks ago and I just wanted to do an exchange but the items were cosmetics and returns on cosmetics is not allowed but the supervisor in Clicks- Blue Route, Her name is Bonita if I'm not mistaken. The supervisor on duty assisted me and even went all the way to help me do the exchange as I didn't want the cash refund but just wanted to exchange for something else. The service I received at Clicks Blue Route is actually 10/10, the staff was friendly and the supervisor was on top of things. Clicks Blue Route service is exceptional and I would highly recommend for getting the best service.”

“Clicks Graaff Reinet if every Clicks is like you.My mom of 92died and my sister bought all her medical needs there.They bring it to the car because she herself is sick.They phone when her needs was on special from the start of COVID nothing was to much to do for them.At the funeral they where there then I know Clicks is there for you as person and not only for the money.Well done Upington where I stay I also get only the best Well done for you it is not only a work but you give it all Estelle”

“The website says that delivery takes place in 2-4 days. I have been waiting for my order since 25 September 2024 and the tracker just says 'processing'. When I called them it seems that they themselves do not know where my order is and it will take another 3 days for them to track my order. When I requested a refund I was informed that that will take another 17 days. I am extremely disappointed in their service as I ordered medication as well. Extremely poor service and it is not something I will ever support or utilise again.”

“Visited the new Malvern Park Clicks in KwaZulu Natal and was assisted by Subash Naidoo. I had an issue with my clicks card and Subash went the extra mile assisting me. This kind of service will always make customers come back to Malvern Park Clicks.”

“I wanted a specific tablet, and I had called the store so many times, eventually a lady by the name of Phumelele Ngidi helped me. she was absolutely friendly and warm.. amazing customer service. Will be back the again and especially to talk to her :-)”

“I have placed my oder on Friday and today is Monday, still have not recieved an sms. What I understand with click and collect should be easy and not something I wait as if I'm waiting for delivery. Truth be told dischem is better than this when comes to online shopping.”

“I don't like that I have to wait days just to collect an oder, simply because your processing system takes time, I hate it😔😔 atleast when I buy in the morning let me be able to collect on the same day after few hours not days”

“The manager/supervisor at Clicks, Boardwalk, is always grumpy. He never ever smiles even with returning customers he sees on a weekly basis. Taking my business upstairs to your competitor. Even when he comes to the til to overide the prices he is sullen and passive aggressive. DO SOMETHING as he is setting a bad example”

“Today i went to clicks mabopane square and i bought the Abdomen Oral Gel.When i arrive home later yooh and try to apply it,it was already opened and it was a little left in the tube.Yoooh im so disappointed by clicks,it seems like someone has been using it and what if we apply it and get sick.”

“Hi there, I was so impressed with your 18 roll double ply toilet paper x 2 for such a good price. Until I started using it. It definitely is a sorry excuse for double ply. I dont think it can compare with other double ply toilet papers. The standard is very similar to PnPay single ply rolls. I hate complaining, but that extra thin layer does not help.”
