When I wanted to use my club points, I was told that my club cash back points of over R 400 was used, at Clicks Greenstone & I don't even stay close to that mall. How can someone use my points with out a card of which is in my possession. I have called head office and they said that they can't help me, as it was used and it is not their problem Then when I want to log in to my clicks app, as my last purchase on my slip said I have R 160 in, my account has been blocked.
