Can't even find the product i bought in store online to review. Pathetic👌 worst turkish delight I've seen in my life. Packaging and quality looks like it is from temu, but at clicks price. Funny that the images also wont upload. clicks is a load of crap🤣

Disgusting service on click and collect. Huge delays, no information given what so ever. Staff don't help or know anything, my order has been processing for 10 days now. They can't even give me the correct tracking number so I can do it myself

Worse company to ever deal with, very poor customer skills false advertising, website has one price Store has another and they come with stories that the online stores is cheaper the instore. Then what's the point of the store at all. Will never shop there again. Waste of time. I drove all the way for nothing. They can keep there products I rather buy it from somewhere else cheaper. Which I did

Keep it up You recommended the click facial products about two months ago and I see the difference. Hence I came back for for more on the 27/11/2024

REVIEW - CLICKS PHARMACY WESTGUARD-345 West Street,Central Durban. I visited the pharmacy thus morning and was surprised at the unacceptable behaviour of the pharmacists on duty. Besides being loud while speaking to one another,They had no respect for the customer who was already being helped by one while they continued with their conversation. I was totally ignored by the pharmacist until she finished her conversation. This kind of behaviour at this pharmacy is not isolated,last month ,one of the pharmacist was snacking on chips while working at the front. Why isn't Clicks Pharm training its staff on duty basic customer interaction skills? Talking in an unacceptable tone,ignoring customers and eating while working is something that I've never witnessed in the many years I've been in retail myself. I suggest ,clicks make staff training a priority to avoid such negative feedback.

I ordered on the 29th of October 2024 and it's currently the 11 November 2024. My order is still on Processing. I emailed they not getting back to me totally disappointed. I want my money back!

Went to clicks at Zebediela Plaza in Moletlane Limpopo. The swevise was extremely excellent and the staff were so welcoming and. Makwena as the manager was there and very helpful. Kwena. MAPULE AND ASHLEY ARE SOME OTHER STAFF THAT HELPED ME SO NICE I WILL DEFINITELY GET IN THE STORE AGAIN. BIG UP THE CLICKS AT ZEBEDIELA PLAZA FOR A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went to Clicks Olympus Village to collect a PARGO package with my one time pin and ID. Staff refused to hand over my parcel as my ID lists all three the names I was baptized with and not just Madaleen. I was accused of trying to steal! When I arrived back at the office without getting my package from Clicks, I received an email stating that the package has been collected!!! WHO TOOK MY PACKAGE? AND WHO WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE? Clicks staff members kept the paper I jotted my package and one time pin on....

Hey Clicks. I visited The Grove Mall Clicks And was assisted by the lady Named Lesego(Pharmacist). What a beautiful & easy experience it was.So Soft spoken,Professional & kind.Thank you so Much Lesego.This is what customer service is all about.Definitely will be returning there specifically for my next needs🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

We went to Clicks V&A about 6.30pm today to exchange a faulty kettle which I had bought yesterday. I was treated with disdain. The lady at the front desk said to her male assistant to fill the kettle up with water to see if it was “over steaming” as I said it was. And it did. I have never been so humiliated by having an item I bought the day before, checked in this way! Consumer rights says the customer is well within their rights to exchange up to 7 days. Let alone that the item was faulty. Please retrain your staff on treating customers better.

In fact it zero. I regret the moment I took on the 3rd of October buying online to date I haven't received my order now they tell me it was sold out yoooh I hate myself right now.

I've make a purchase online online on the 7th of October and selected South Gate click as collect to date i have not received any communication from them. I regret buying from them. Thy have lost me as their customer.

I wenr to clicks in Vanderbijlpark to the chemist. I had to wait for 20 min there was no pharmasist on duty. They were walking up and down at thd back but no 1 help me. I than left and complain to the manager with a bad reaction. Very very bad service. Click wont see me again service pathetic

I wanted to exchange few items that was purchased 2 weeks ago and I just wanted to do an exchange but the items were cosmetics and returns on cosmetics is not allowed but the supervisor in Clicks- Blue Route, Her name is Bonita if I'm not mistaken. The supervisor on duty assisted me and even went all the way to help me do the exchange as I didn't want the cash refund but just wanted to exchange for something else. The service I received at Clicks Blue Route is actually 10/10, the staff was friendly and the supervisor was on top of things. Clicks Blue Route service is exceptional and I would highly recommend for getting the best service.

Clicks Graaff Reinet if every Clicks is like you.My mom of 92died and my sister bought all her medical needs there.They bring it to the car because she herself is sick.They phone when her needs was on special from the start of COVID nothing was to much to do for them.At the funeral they where there then I know Clicks is there for you as person and not only for the money.Well done Upington where I stay I also get only the best Well done for you it is not only a work but you give it all Estelle

The website says that delivery takes place in 2-4 days. I have been waiting for my order since 25 September 2024 and the tracker just says 'processing'. When I called them it seems that they themselves do not know where my order is and it will take another 3 days for them to track my order. When I requested a refund I was informed that that will take another 17 days. I am extremely disappointed in their service as I ordered medication as well. Extremely poor service and it is not something I will ever support or utilise again.
