Its professional to let a customer know beforehand that there might be delays with an online order instead of after paying online expecting the waiting period to be 2 to 3 days only for it to be going to the 4th day and your order still says processing on the website.when you phone customer service people seem incompetent to assist you so you waste your airtime phoning support and after the call you are still unsure of when or if your order will be delivered anytime soon.
