I am a regular at your store and have not once experienced the complaints as depicted on your web page by certain of your customers. What a joy it is to enter your store - it is clean and your staff is always friendly and helpful. This despite the fact that they are on their feet all day. I have often witnessed Justin opening a till to get the queue to move faster when he would take over the roll as a cashier. Nothing is too much of a problem to this young and dynamic man when at times, I have to swop an item because my husband has changed his mind and prefers another brand! As most women often have to do.....Justin has a calm personality and gives every client his full attention when they queue to see him to resolve their problem. He is truly the face of Clicks.
