Having purchased a 1000 Ltr outdoor cushion storage box, we found it to be damaged most probably from transit. I was very apprehensive on what to do next so I decided to send a return message on WhatsApp (this is used to notify as well as email) Immediately I received a call from Abbs the business owner. Her attention to customer satisfaction was outstanding. It was agreed that a replacement would be delivered and the damaged product would be returned at the same time. I was messaged at every stage of this process and assured multiple times that my ultimate satisfaction was the main accomplishment. This service was outstanding and something that I’ve never received before. I am more than happy with my purchase but even more happier with the response I received during this purchase.
