Prior to purchasing, chatted with C&P and they were very responsive and provided thorough help and answered all my questions rapidly.
After buying a lelit bianca from C&P, the item unfortunately arrived damaged due to UPS. Sent an email to C&P over the weekend and on the first working day, they responded and provided replacement parts also rapidly. I can’t say anything bad about this whole experience and highly recommend C&P for those considering purchasing any items from them.
I’m definitely a repeat customer for any of my future espresso needs.
