“I ordered an espresso machine that didn't work. Called the distributor after talking to C&P. Distributor wanted pictures, descriptions and films. How do I take pictures of a circuit board problem. Called C&P again, they said they would call the distributor and notify me. In accordance with C&P promise, I sent the machine by UPS back to the distributor. The same day the distributor received the machine, C&P notified me that my purchase price had been refunded. They have made a customer for life!! I don't know any firm that stands by their promise as good as C&P”

“Purchased the Turin SK40 grinder. It was shipped and arrived promptly. I had a problem the the grind size not being fine enough for espresso. I returned the original and it was promptly replaced. Very satisfied with the way my problem was handled and with the replacement SK40”

“Purchased a Lelit Bianca, and couldn't be happier. There were some hiccups, as delivery was delayed due to weather, but that's understandable. I also had an initial problem with the gicleur being broken and the flow control not working correctly, but luckily Lelit had sent an extra with the machine and it was easy to replace following Lelit's instructions on YT. C&P was also very responsive and helpful.”

“These guys are solid! My initial purchase of a Turin grinder didn't live up to my expectations. Matthew helped me try to dial it in but when it was clear it wasn't working with my beans, it was a simple return and upgrade to a Eureka - shipping paid both ways. Loving the new Mignon 65 AP!”

“I got this for my husband as a gift. When it came, he paused when he realized what was in the box, hugged me, and then cried a little. But the good kind of cry? Not the bad kind. I dont know much about coffee so I asked what he thinks and he said "I don't how to explain how competent the machine feels. Its sayin 'Shhh, Habibi. I got this.'" And then he spanked the water tank. It is surprisingly beefy. The Zebranowood pieces were really nice and love the look. Keep in mind, if you're giving the Lelit as a gift to your SO, its implied they have carte blanche to a grinder of their choosing. The Mazzer philos has been a great grinder. Great price. Shipped quickly, and the packaging was excellent. I never needed to use customer service, but thats because everything about the order was great.”

“Really great experience ordering, aggressive pricing and investment protection. Great product mix as well. Delivery came in 2 days. I think the 365 guarantee is very unique in terms of helping protect the customer's investment. I never leave reviews, but my experience with C&P was so good that I couldn't not do one.”
