I’ve purchased five espresso machines over the past seven years from Cliff & Pebble, and I can confidently say they’ve been fantastic every time. Several of these machines were for family friends, and everyone has been extremely happy with both the products and the service. Matt, the owner, consistently provides excellent customer support whenever we call for troubleshooting or advice. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their customers long after the purchase, and Cliff & Pebble truly does. Matt and his team were great to work with. Their pricing is fair and very competitive, and their product support is responsive and courteous. I bought a few things from Cliff & Pebble, including my Lelit Bianca and my Turin DF 83 v (v3). The experience has always been smooth and pleasant. Even when the grinder shipment was delayed from the supplier, they made sure to provide regular updates and also gave me options in case I didn’t want to wait any further. I highly recommend buying your coffee gear from this place!

I purchased my espresso setup from Cliff & Pebble, including the Lelit Bianca V3 and the Turin DF64 Gen 2, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I ordered an espresso machine that didn't work. Called the distributor after talking to C&P. Distributor wanted pictures, descriptions and films. How do I take pictures of a circuit board problem. Called C&P again, they said they would call the distributor and notify me. In accordance with C&P promise, I sent the machine by UPS back to the distributor. The same day the distributor received the machine, C&P notified me that my purchase price had been refunded. They have made a customer for life!! I don't know any firm that stands by their promise as good as C&P

Received my Lelit Mara X V2 in great condition. Fast shipping. I have been using it everyday for almost 2 weeks and loving it! It's a great machine. I love that Cliff & Pebble offers a 365-day return/exchanges. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Purchased the Turin SK40 grinder. It was shipped and arrived promptly. I had a problem the the grind size not being fine enough for espresso. I returned the original and it was promptly replaced. Very satisfied with the way my problem was handled and with the replacement SK40

Cliff & Pebble really takes it to the next level! The grinder I bought was shipped with lots of care taken to make sure it arrived safely, and it also shipped early, which was a great surprise! Purchased a Lelit Bianca, and couldn't be happier. There were some hiccups, as delivery was delayed due to weather, but that's understandable. I also had an initial problem with the gicleur being broken and the flow control not working correctly, but luckily Lelit had sent an extra with the machine and it was easy to replace following Lelit's instructions on YT. C&P was also very responsive and helpful.
