Reached out interested in possibly upgrading to a new espresso machine. Matthew was responsive and extremely helpful. Helped guide me to my now owned Lelit Anna and have found it a quick learn and really creates beautiful coffee. Appreciate the help and this type of place that offered both the expertise and comfort in helping me find my right machine.
