Ordered a grinder that experienced delays. Reached out to customer service multiple times with questions, revising the order, etc. Joseph has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
I plan on coming back to Cliff and Pebble for the customer service alone. Plus that year long warranty is a huge consideration when making a $1500 purchase!
