“Ordered an open box eureka grinder - arrived fast and in new condition - packaging was original, all accessories and manual were there, looked never used. can't tell if it's open box or new actually - and got it at a great price!”

“I recently purchased the Lelit Mara X V2 from Cliff & Pebble, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From its sleek design to its impressive feature-packed functionality, this machine has truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. First and foremost, the support team was super helpful and insightful in helping me navigate the endless amount of machine options they offer. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. In fact, I've been so impressed with my experience that I'm compelled to share my thoughts in this review. They were very patient with answering any questions I had, and let me know exactly what was happening every step of the way. Everything came well packaged and pre-tested to ensure no leaks or damages before shipping. The machine arrived on time with accurate shipping tracking, and I love that they offer no sales tax (definitely the cheapest place I found for this machine). One of the most compelling reasons I chose Cliff was due to the 365-day return policy. It gives me peace of mind knowing that they care about my product/experience and are willing to take it back up to a year after purchasing. I can't recommend this company enough, and I will be sure to check them out for future purchases! And hey, Cliff team, if you're reading this, an Acaia Lunar scale to complement this fantastic machine would truly be the cherry on top! 😉”

“I ordered a Lelit Mara X and couldn’t have had a better experience! I appreciate that they bench test the machines to ensure that they’re working properly. When you’re spending so much money, it’s awful when things arrive and don’t work. I ended up returning the machine (e61 just isn’t for me), and the customer service was fantastic. They covered shipping back, and they gave me really detailed instructions on how to drain the boilers. Definitely would order from here again!!”

“I had a great experience with Cliff & Pebble. I was looking for a particular single-dose coffee grinder in red. No other retailer had it in stock, and had no date when it would be back in stock. Cliff & Pebble had it in stock and I asked them to delay delivery since I was out of town. They did just that and my order was delivered as I requested in excellent condition. Really great customer service. James”
