“Machine did not work on delivery. Had to warranty through manufacturer. Has been a long process. C&P has tried to help coordinate, but still waiting on a new machine.”

“Ordered a grinder that experienced delays. Reached out to customer service multiple times with questions, revising the order, etc. Joseph has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I plan on coming back to Cliff and Pebble for the customer service alone. Plus that year long warranty is a huge consideration when making a $1500 purchase!”

“What a game changer at an affordable price. The stepless control really helps control the timing and pressure of my espresso shots. I have had very little issues with retention of grinds as long as I spritz my beans with water before grinding.”

“Cliff and Pebble has been hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered the silver/copper Rocket Appartamento, but it went out of stock shortly after my purchase. When I reached out to the team, they gave me plenty of options to make it right. One of those options was upgrading me to the TCA Rocket Appartamento in the same silver/copper color, which I happily went with. I couldn’t be happier with my new espresso machine and the amazing support I got from the Cliff and Pebble team!”
