Cliff and Pebble's staff was so helpful in helping us select or Lelit Bianca. When it arrived damaged they immediately began working on getting us a new one as soon as possible. Our new one arrived in perfect condition and we absolutely love it. We will be buying a second unit from Cliff and Pebble for our vacation home once it is ready. Thanks again
