I ordered a Lelit Mara X and couldn’t have had a better experience! I appreciate that they bench test the machines to ensure that they’re working properly. When you’re spending so much money, it’s awful when things arrive and don’t work.
I ended up returning the machine (e61 just isn’t for me), and the customer service was fantastic. They covered shipping back, and they gave me really detailed instructions on how to drain the boilers. Definitely would order from here again!!
