I had a hair transplant 30th may 2022 , procedure was a failure regarding that I had to get into the surgery room again because they did not apply the hair where it was requested. I had to stay 3 more nights because of this AWFUL treatment and the clinic did not payed for those extra nights. Also I had a teeth cleaning and they broke a teeth. They made me stay because of THEIR mistake 2 more nights and pay the hotel. Won’t recommend this clinic at all. They took your money and they not help you at all. Whizam works at the clinic and he also lied. Medical consultant Melissa also took her time to answer my questions and still not responding. WORST CLINIC IN THE PLANET. Now we are in September 2023, and the persons called ADAMA, (after surgery care) is not even replying my messages, only thing that he says is: come again but you have to pay. I have a warranty that is a lie because no one is answering my calls. I repeat it. His Name is ADAMA and I am waiting his answer since May 2023 5500 grafts they applied. And still looking the same or worst that before the surgery. Even sent pictures to adama showing BALD people with 4000 grafts make a great look. Why do the dont cover my warranty? I don’t understand.
