“My friends recommended that I do my surgery in this clinic, I was not convinced to do the operation, but I waited 6 months to see results on two of my friends. Now all I can say, is that it was a good experience, I flew from Canada to Istanbul, it took me 12 hours long, but it was absolutely worth it, I was well welcomed at the airport by their vip service and the hotel was amazing. Almost a year now and I can already say, that the results are pretty awesome, my hair looks natural and you can hardly tell that I had an hair transplant, relatives who did not see me in a year, think that I used some kind of oils and treatments, but I have tried that, did not work (well I am actually still using the shampoo and the serum that I got from clinicexpert labs, even my husband started using it with me :,D ) . “I had a breat uplift and tummy tuck and eye lid surgery about 2 months ago. I was shocked at the pure lack of care,technique, and aseptic techniques across the board. My scars were massive lower body hip to hip.Under my breasts a large hole. My eyes have lumps across them from wrong sutures being used.I had two tubes in my lower pubes. These were cut after two days and TORN out. Leaving bloody holes that were pouring with blood. A dressing was applied and I was sent back to the hotel. The bleeding was severe I called the hospital. They said walk down
1 mile away. I had to practically crawl to the chemist next door and buy medical supplies.The only pain relief was 6 ibrufen. Again I went to the chemist next door. The hole under my right breast was a mess. They simply said it will heal. Now 6 weeks at home it has just started to heal. Large pieces of blue stiching came from my wounds. They were supposed to be dissolvable.No creams for healing given. I have spent fortunes on various creams.(just out of experience) anusol for your bottom has healed all my sores well. I still don't feel right. The nurses cannot speak English and I would grade them as care assistants. They are all about the money. I was told a lump had been removed from my right breast (it was larger) but could not get any further information. I would say I am scarred really badly. My husband constantly comments on the scars.i look like I have been slashed. I have had no follow up calls at all. I would not recommend this hospital at all.”

Wir waren mit meiner Frau zusammen 02/2022 in der Clinicexpert für ein Magenballon.
Da wir schon lange am überlegen waren und nach langen Beratungsgesprächen mit den ,,experten‘‘ von der Klinik haben wir uns entschieden den Ballon von einer türkischen Klinik setzen zu lassen, kamen dann mit Denen ins Gespräch und Sie haben es geschafft uns mit leeren versprechen zu überzeugen.
Meine Frau hatte bis vor einem Jahr Magenprobleme die wir denen erklärt haben und Sie in der meinung waren das der Ballon ihr auf ,keinen Fall‘ Probleme machen würde und wir mit einem guten Gewissen das machen können.
Als wir dann dort waren hat es schon mit dem begonnen das wir komplett andere preise bekommen haben als das was ausgemacht war. Am telefon haben Sie uns ein angebot gegeben für alles inklusive auch mit die nötigen Medikamente, dort mussten wir ALLES extra bezahlen und das war die erste große Enttäuschung.
Der Arzt Dr. Gökmen war auch kein Sympathischer der uns gut aufgenommen hat.
Der ALPTRAUM für meine Frau begann nach dem Sie den Ballon gesetzt haben direkt paar stunden später. Es hat angefangen mit übelkeit erbrechen und danach mit EXTREME Magenschmerzen und Krämpfe. Die Klinik hat uns ein Rezept gegeben mit gesamte 10 Medikamente drauf!! Die Sie täglich nehmen sollte allein das finde schon Wahnsinn!
Wobei die auch nichts geholfen haben.
In dieser untertäglichen zeit haben wir nicht mal eine richtige Hilfe bekommen außer paar mal per WhatsApp. Unsere beraterin die Frau ,Sevgi‘ wollte uns die ganze zeit nur einreden dass das ganz normal sei und wir
Einfach abwarten sollen. Wir wurden da einfach im stich gelassen!
Wo die schmerzen immer mehr und unerträglich waren haben wir uns entschieden den ballon am dritten Tag entfernen zu lassen, uns wurde auch davor versprochen das der ballon bei beschwerden und nich Zufriedenheit kostenlos wieder entfernt wird! Nicht mal das wurde eingehalten und durch irgendwelche Ausreden wurden wir dazu gezwungen das ganze nochmal zu bezahlen!!
Wir haben gesehen das es bei denen nur um das Geld geht und die Patienten nur als Geldquelle gesehen werden wollten wir dort einfach nur weg!!
Auch an diesen tag der Entfernung vom Magenballon haben wir einen halben tag gewarten mit den kinder (2,4 Jahre) in der kantine!
Egal welche bahndlung ihr auch macht ich rate jedem ab von der Klink!! Denen ist die Gesundheit des Patienten einfach nur egal!!”

“I don’t know how this company is still running, just look at all their bad reviews yourself. My first time traveling to Turkey for cosmetic surgery and will definitely be the last. This company is the worst and was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. Dr Attila Hasilar was the surgeon who butchered my face. I had a chin implant which had to be removed 2 weeks later as the stitches came apart and it became infected. It was completely the wrong implant I had asked for and was also placed wrong. You can see from the picture that the blue center line on the implant is not central with my face, more than 10mm off. I mentioned this to the surgeon when I went back and he told me
"it must of moved" I couldn't believe it! I told him it couldn't have moved because there was two screws holding it into my bone but he didn't want to admit that he had made a big mistake. I didn't receive any refund I actually had to pay them an extra £600 for a "blood test" before they would remove it. I reluctantly had to go back to this clinic as no doctors in the UK would touch it and the NHS was a 3 months wait before they could could fix this mess. So many things they got wrong after the surgery. No after care instructions until 1 week after I got back to England. I wasn't supposed to eat solid foods for 3 weeks as the implant was placed through the mouth although the first meal they gave me after surgery was a hard chicken breast and bread bun with no knife and fork. I could say so much more but please avoid these cowboy butchers at all costs, it's not worth risking your money and definitely not your life.”
“I don't know where to start, it was bad from the beginning.
1/ Being left wandering around Istanbul Airport for over an hour and a half because the 'greeter' had a hoodie over his head, face buried in his phone instead of assisting patients with transfers. He looked like a teenage pickpocket, not an employee of an organisation like Clinicexpert - other greeters were holding signs, this kid pointed to a board with his sign on it and grunted.... a board lots of people were standing in front of
2/ When meeting the surgeon, she began talking me through a procedure which was nothing at all what had been planned and agreed to weeks in advance. She wanted to do some other procedure involving scalpel cuts which in her words would 'leave big scars', instead of the much less invasive plan that was made. She seemed taken aback when I said 'we are absolutely not doing that', so who knows how these people communicate internally? It was really nerve wracking and stressful to think she had some other plan entirely different in her head
3/ On Day 4 i was contacted and told a separate dental appointment had been brought forward 2 hours and to be ready two hours earlier. I agreed, but the driver texted me half an hour even earlier than that - no problem, I raced downstairs to meet him. Got to a different clinicexpert site and...... proceeded to sit in the waiting room like a turnip for 2 hours........???? Is there a serious internal communcations issue going on with this lot? I'd say so. When I stood up for myself and said that this was ridiculous, they offered to bring me through a glass door...... and have me wait there instead? Like a favour was being done? Wasn't thrilled about this, agreeing to go two hours early to sit there for 2 hours and be looked at like I had two heads when I dared to say something
4/ Accidentally left my work phone in the transfer back to the hotel on day 5. Realised immediately and got in touch with clinicexpert using my laptop within about 90 seconds. Was told they would try to locate the driver (who was on his phone constantly, non stop the whole journey back to the hotel, I don't know how we didn't crash), so he was definitely INSTANTLY contactable. As I sit here I'm resigned to my phone being gone, in Clinicexpert's inner communications land. I have a number of seriously confidential work materials on that device as well as many personal items too and as I sit here typing I'm not the slightest bit confident I'll be seeing it again
So - Left wandering the airport, a surgeon who didn't appear to know what was going on, obliging with their timelines only to be left screwed with the original timeline for inexplicable reasons..... and my phone has ended up in Clinicexpert's communcations department, i.e. missing in action. Keywords - STRESS. ANXIETY. CRANKY. MORE STRESS. ANXIETY. INCOMMUNCATION. Doesn't inspire confidence - avoid these people like the plague 😠”

“Do your checking of reviews for the type of procedure your having.
I have had upper and lower blepharoplasty done with this company. I have come back home to the UK. I have noticed my top eyelids are really badly done. There is a small tube of some sort over my left eye which has caused a lump on my eyelid. I feel like I have been used like a ginea pig. When you try to ask them about your surgery and why it has turned out so bad they don't answer you. If your thinking of getting eyelid surgery in Turkey look for previous reviews of that particular procedure.
Makes sense to me now after it's done. I originally wrote a good review because of the care and service I received from the staff but I couldn't leave it after seeing the results of my surgery. I am so angry the surgeon has done this.
Now I have an extra bill to get the surgery corrected..
