“I don’t know how this company is still running, just look at all their bad reviews yourself. My first time traveling to Turkey for cosmetic surgery and will definitely be the last. This company is the worst and was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. Dr Attila Hasilar was the surgeon who butchered my face. I had a chin implant which had to be removed 2 weeks later as the stitches came apart and it became infected. It was completely the wrong implant I had asked for and was also placed wrong. You can see from the picture that the blue center line on the implant is not central with my face, more than 10mm off. I mentioned this to the surgeon when I went back and he told me
"it must of moved" I couldn't believe it! I told him it couldn't have moved because there was two screws holding it into my bone but he didn't want to admit that he had made a big mistake. I didn't receive any refund I actually had to pay them an extra £600 for a "blood test" before they would remove it. I reluctantly had to go back to this clinic as no doctors in the UK would touch it and the NHS was a 3 months wait before they could could fix this mess. So many things they got wrong after the surgery. No after care instructions until 1 week after I got back to England. I wasn't supposed to eat solid foods for 3 weeks as the implant was placed through the mouth although the first meal they gave me after surgery was a hard chicken breast and bread bun with no knife and fork. I could say so much more but please avoid these cowboy butchers at all costs, it's not worth risking your money and definitely not your life.”
“I don't know where to start, it was bad from the beginning.
1/ Being left wandering around Istanbul Airport for over an hour and a half because the 'greeter' had a hoodie over his head, face buried in his phone instead of assisting patients with transfers. He looked like a teenage pickpocket, not an employee of an organisation like Clinicexpert - other greeters were holding signs, this kid pointed to a board with his sign on it and grunted.... a board lots of people were standing in front of
2/ When meeting the surgeon, she began talking me through a procedure which was nothing at all what had been planned and agreed to weeks in advance. She wanted to do some other procedure involving scalpel cuts which in her words would 'leave big scars', instead of the much less invasive plan that was made. She seemed taken aback when I said 'we are absolutely not doing that', so who knows how these people communicate internally? It was really nerve wracking and stressful to think she had some other plan entirely different in her head
3/ On Day 4 i was contacted and told a separate dental appointment had been brought forward 2 hours and to be ready two hours earlier. I agreed, but the driver texted me half an hour even earlier than that - no problem, I raced downstairs to meet him. Got to a different clinicexpert site and...... proceeded to sit in the waiting room like a turnip for 2 hours........???? Is there a serious internal communcations issue going on with this lot? I'd say so. When I stood up for myself and said that this was ridiculous, they offered to bring me through a glass door...... and have me wait there instead? Like a favour was being done? Wasn't thrilled about this, agreeing to go two hours early to sit there for 2 hours and be looked at like I had two heads when I dared to say something
4/ Accidentally left my work phone in the transfer back to the hotel on day 5. Realised immediately and got in touch with clinicexpert using my laptop within about 90 seconds. Was told they would try to locate the driver (who was on his phone constantly, non stop the whole journey back to the hotel, I don't know how we didn't crash), so he was definitely INSTANTLY contactable. As I sit here I'm resigned to my phone being gone, in Clinicexpert's inner communications land. I have a number of seriously confidential work materials on that device as well as many personal items too and as I sit here typing I'm not the slightest bit confident I'll be seeing it again
So - Left wandering the airport, a surgeon who didn't appear to know what was going on, obliging with their timelines only to be left screwed with the original timeline for inexplicable reasons..... and my phone has ended up in Clinicexpert's communcations department, i.e. missing in action. Keywords - STRESS. ANXIETY. CRANKY. MORE STRESS. ANXIETY. INCOMMUNCATION. Doesn't inspire confidence - avoid these people like the plague 😠”

“"I had a hair transplant 30th may 2022 , procedure was a failure regarding that I had to get into the surgery room again because they did not apply the hair where it was requested. I had to stay 3 more nights because of this AWFUL treatment and the clinic did not payed for those extra nights. Also I had a teeth cleaning and they broke a teeth. Won’t recommend this clinic at all. They took your money and they not help you at all. Whizam works at the clinic and he also lied. Now we are in September 2023, and the persons called ADAMA, (after surgery care) is not even replying my messages, only thing that he says is: come again but you have to pay. “Do your checking of reviews for the type of procedure your having.
I have had upper and lower blepharoplasty done with this company. I have come back home to the UK. I have noticed my top eyelids are really badly done. There is a small tube of some sort over my left eye which has caused a lump on my eyelid. I feel like I have been used like a ginea pig. When you try to ask them about your surgery and why it has turned out so bad they don't answer you. If your thinking of getting eyelid surgery in Turkey look for previous reviews of that particular procedure.
Makes sense to me now after it's done. I originally wrote a good review because of the care and service I received from the staff but I couldn't leave it after seeing the results of my surgery. I am so angry the surgeon has done this.
Now I have an extra bill to get the surgery corrected..

Ich habe mich super aufgehoben gefühlt und das Personal war sehr nett.
Die Vertreterin Jasmin hat mich sehr gut durch den Aufenthalt betreut und war als Dolmetscherin hervorragend. Gulschat, die auch in der Klinik zuständig für mich war, hat sehr mich super vor, während und nach der OP begleitet. Sie ist ebenso eine gute Dolmetscherin und ein herzensvoller Mensch.
Der Transfer und das Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
Das Ärzteteam der gesamten Klinik ist sehr professionell und ein besonderer Dank geht an dem Chirurg Dr. Elwin, Dr. Alpen und Dr. Nelli. Sie haben klasse Arbeit geleistet.
In einem halben Jahr komme ich wieder und freue mich auf die weitere Behandlung.
Ich empfehle die Klinik auf jeden Fall weiter.
