Website is good but i made a phone enquiry re a quartz movement for a clock gave the girl the hand sizes I wanted and she told me I neded a hi torque movement and refer to your website. i quickly found that I did not require this movement and found and purchased the one with the sizes I told her. Not being critical but I think this staff member should understand the product range better. Other than that website and service OK.
