Clock Shop takes you on an incredible journey into the world of clocks. From mechanical cuckoo clocks and chiming grandfather clocks to watches, music boxes and anniversary clocks, there are literally hundreds of clocks to see and choose from.

As well as clocks, there is a fabulous range of German made weather instruments, barometers and weather houses, German souvenirs, beer steins, European Christmas decorations including nutcrackers, smoking men and Christmas pyramids.

“I received the Station Clock for Christmas and the whole process including delivery to regional Victoria was seamless. After reading and following the setup instructions, a friend mounted the clock in an opening between the dining room and kitchen. The clock is not heavy which is a bonus. As the clock has radio technology it keeps perfect time. My house lends itself to this clock and its antique look as I have high ceilings and timber floors. Just love it and its silent presence.”

“Very happy with my German beer stein I recently purchased! It was everything I was hoping for could not be happier! Customer service was perfect they kept me informed about shipping as my stein was a pre order purchase. The delivery was great, my stein was delivered with care there was no way it could have been damaged in transit! All in all 100% recommened shop to anyone seeking genuine German items very happy!”

“I ordered 3 of the beautiful Christmas bell pyramid with Angels. I love these, my Mum had one when we lived in Germany back in the 1960’s so I’ve bought myself one, one for my daughter and one for my daughter in law and we can light them to remember my Mum, their Grandma then when my granddaughters are older I will get them one as well. I used to live in Palmwoods and visited this shop a lot. It’s a wonderland of clocks and cuckoos purely magical.”

“I would like to thank Angus, I emailed the shop as I was looking at purchasing a grandfather clock, arrange to meet him on the Friday and his knowledge of the locks was outstanding, so I purchased a grandfather clock. I would highly recommend the clock shop Montville.”

“Thank you so much for your online videos, which prompted me to attempt my first clock repair. Actually, it was more of a clock upgrade, as my wife had bought a beautiful old AC clock, which we wanted to convert to Quartz for practical purposes. I was able to find the right movement on your website, and all the resources needed to undertake the work myself. It now hangs pride of place in our home as a clock, instead of the paperweight it was acting as. Thank you!”

“They rebuilt my German grandfather clock and I don’t believe it’s ever run better. It’d been ringing the Westminster chimes incorrectly and the hour wouldn’t strike at all. I had another shop try to fix it and they couldn’t. I had just about given up. Thanks to clock shop for getting it running again.”

“Clock shop won't honour the online discount when you step into the physical store to actually look at thee goods before you buy. Such unapologetic GREED since they know you have already invested time in travelling to get there. I don't expect this to be published as you need to keep your fake 4.9 average rating up!”

Thank you for your review. Unfortuantely as this review is annonymous I can't address you by name however this is important feedback and we are looking for a solution to this issue. I apologise that the code can not be used in store. Our coupons for online visitors from our website are not compatible with the in-store point of sale system and these codes are used to verify various promotions and customer journeys. There is however a very simple solution - check the product in store to make sure you're happy and then redeem the code by placing the order via our website and collecting the item in store once it has been tested and packed. Our website is optimised for all devices and placing an order in store on your phone is quite simple. This is clunky and I completely understand your frustration. We're a small family business and we try to stay current with integrated website technology and use the best systems available to us however there is a limit to what we can afford. It has nothing to do with greed and we also don't manipulate our ratings by publishing select reviews. Our integrity is paramount and we choose to use a third party review platform that verifies reviews so businesses can't manipulate customer's feedback. I'm sure if there was a very specific reason that you couldn't place the order via our website then the team in store would assist you with a solution. “I never thought I would find a replacement chimney for a weather house I had purchased sometime ago as I gift and put aside until a little one became of an age to appreciate it. Then looked and chimney had gone. I contacted Clock Shop and no problem a new chimney was sent to me at a very reasonable price. I was beyond delighted and hope to visit Clock Shop sometime n the future.”

“Thanks The Clock Shop. For the first time I had tackled an wall clock restoration. It was missing a few bits, The Clock Shop Help obtain the correct ones. I ordered one through the website but quickly the team informed it may not be the correct one and asked for a photo. The good watchmaker had the right bit in his spares and I got the right one. The people on every opportunity made known are ready to assist. The project finished successfully.”
