you over kill it. I received about 5 emails telling me I had made an order. Then another long list telling me its been dispatched it's now shipping etc etc . And now I get all these emails advertising. I just wanted to buy a clock part, not fill up my email.

Hi Cheryl, Thank you for spending the time to write your review. We reached out informing you that your order had been shipped 1 day after it was placed, and that Australia Post had delayed your order by 7 days over the Easter long weekend. Unfortunately, we cannot control the speed in which Australia Post operates at, and once the order leaves our warehouse it is out of our hands. We are always happy to provide support if packages are delayed or lost, and have done so to many customers in the past. I do believe this is an inaccurate assessment of our business as the issue was not with Clock Shop, but with Australia Post. Dear Ipek, Thank you for your feedback. I understand your frustration with the short delay however there is a procedure that we need to follow to ensure that we don't void the warranty. In this instance the ring watch had to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment. I am pleased that our team identified the issue and resolved it for you in a timely manner and that you received your item just a week after your purchase date. I bought a clock about 2 weeks ago. Got it home to discover the hands bent so bad that it couldn't run. This was after your shop assistant supposedly fixed it ( had to come back to shop whilst this was done ). I rang to report same, was it passed on to you as I asked? Very disappointing....

Dear Chris, Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry for the problem with your clock and take your review seriously in an attempt to provide a better experience for our customers. We check every clock by removing it from the packaging to identify possible problems and/or defects. We don't often have issues however one of my staff recognised that the hands were touching and so I unassembled the clock and rectified the issue. The clock was running and on display for you to see when you returned to our store. I am sincerely sorry that you have encountered further problems with the clock. You rang and spoke to one of our newest staff members, Hayley. She did come and immediately speak to me following the phone call and advised me that she had apologised and asked if there was someone you would like to speak to regarding the issue. I was informed that you resolved the issue yourself and while you were very disappointed you didn't wish to speak to anyone. I understand your disappointment as this is not an experience we want for any of our customers. Thank you again for your support and for bringing this to our attention. ordered battery movement using your video as instructed by sales person on phoneI mentioned that I needed one with at least a 13mm threaded section to fit wood base 10mm thick. As per instructions ordered a 16mm movement. This came but only fits a 6mm base. at no time was the base mentioned even after I stated that I needed at least a 13mm thread. As result I have had to return the movement for a refund but after spending $40 still have no movement.

Dear Bob, Thank you for feedback. I am sorry that you have had trouble finding a suitable movement. Each movement clearly states the shaft lenght and the dial thickness it is suited to. You selected a Sweep Quartz Clock Movement (16mm Shaft, Suits Dial 0-6mm Thick). This is in the title of the product you ordered, and the description further outlines each shaft length and the dial thickness they are suited to. There is also an image for each one showing the dimensions of the threaded shaft for visual representation. We have filmed the informative video to explain all of these variables in detail which our staff kindly referred you to, as it is very difficult to determine what you require over the phone. I am not sure what else we could have provided for you in order to make the correct selection. I understand this is frustrating however we are not accountable for customers not reading the information provided and choosing the wrong product. Order items get them in multiple shipments and expect a barrage of emails daily. Would have saved time going to the shops and buying that way then reading 50 emails.

Your first order was placed via a third party marketplace platform and unfortunately couldn't be merged with your second order you placed via our website shortly after. This is simply as the orders must have independent tracking as they are placed through separate channels. So you received status updates for both orders. I thought by paying the big price I would get something better than I can get from Ebay but when I received it it was exactly the same as the one I paid $13.00 for on Ebay.

We are a small Australian owned and run business with our own stock, warehoused by us and tested prior to dispatch. We are not a Chinese based dropship business and provide support and service that you will never get paying $13 on eBay, even if it is the same brand high torque movement. Hi Roy, you're absolutely right! I'm sorry your order hasn't arrived yet. It was dispatched promptly (1 business day) and Queenlsand to Western Australia is a longer shippng time.
