Clock Shop takes you on an incredible journey into the world of clocks. From mechanical cuckoo clocks and chiming grandfather clocks to watches, music boxes and anniversary clocks, there are literally hundreds of clocks to see and choose from.

As well as clocks, there is a fabulous range of German made weather instruments, barometers and weather houses, German souvenirs, beer steins, European Christmas decorations including nutcrackers, smoking men and Christmas pyramids.

Amazing to see the stock of Wide design of Cuckoo clocks in the store . Services and PR are friendly. Within 02 years 2nnd Cuckoo clock was purchased from this Shop

I was disappointed that the clock does not glow in the dark. It was not mentioned. Sorry I spent $50 on it and it is not so useful to me. I needed to see the time at night without turning lights on, as I am a poor sleeper.

Great selection of products to choose from. Lack of email communication between order and dispatch resulted in a queerying phone call. The customer service when phoned was exceptional. Order received was well packaged however not exactly what was ordered.

Ordered on 2/9/23 email invoice said would be released 10/10/23 I rang them around 23/10 (Hayley) to enquire where order is advised would be released around 11/11/23 again I rang (Rachel) to be advised still waiting for stock - on dock Item arrived 26/11/23 There was no ‘customer service’ in that no emails sent to advise what was happening with my order unless I called to find out Disappointing service after you were recommended to me by a friend However I love my nutcracker advent calendar

Hi Veronica, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I really appreciate your honesty. Firstly I want to apologise for the disappointing experience. This is certainly not the quality of service we strive to provide. The item you ordered was a preorder, meaning it had been ordered and was being shipped from Germany. Unfortunately there was an error in our system and this date was incorrect. After your phone call and giving you the correct date we were then informed that our shipment had been held up in Singapore etc etc. While these delays are completely out of our control, you are absolutely entitled to expect updates as and when we are informed of any changes. I am very sorry you did not receive any updates. This is a very poor reflection of our customer service and my explanation above is only to inform you of what happened, not an excuse. Service was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when I got my braces home, only one of the four clips worked. I needed to pin the braces to my pants for the event I needed to wear them for. But disappointing.

I bought a music box which was advertised as playing the Danube waltz. But it played an obscure phrase of the waltz, not the passage familiar to most people - or my 5 year old granddaughter. Very disappointing.

Not bad but room for improvement. Website could be more interesting and categories streamlined so they can be found more easily. I thought the price for my little music box was good.

I did get the products that I ordered but was unsuccessful in my search for the hands that I needed. Nobody was willing to search for the same, just telling me that I need to check the list of hands online. I was unable to find the hands that I needed.

I bought a new mechanism for my wall clock and used the very informative video to make sure I was purchasing the correct one. Unfortunately, after a short time of a few weeks, my clock stopped so assuming the mechanism is faulty

I live in south east great southern of WA and had decided to purchase a reasonable watch while visiting your part of the country. I was delighted to come across your shop by chance and purchased the watch but unfortunately no one could adjust it to the current day or elaborate on its features and was advised to take it to jeweller for correcting. For me it is a 4 hour round trip to Esperance however I think your staff and your shop are fantastic and a wonderland of smile. My very best regards. Colin Hughes.

Delivery of my purchase unsatisfactory. Although I was at home, FeDEx didn’t leave my watch though I called out “coming” from the bathroom. Now I have to collect it from an adjoining suburb (and I don’t drive). Very inconvenient!

All order and shipping notifications are emailed to the address you received this email so please check your junk mail or spam for these emails.
