Clock Shop takes you on an incredible journey into the world of clocks. From mechanical cuckoo clocks and chiming grandfather clocks to watches, music boxes and anniversary clocks, there are literally hundreds of clocks to see and choose from.

As well as clocks, there is a fabulous range of German made weather instruments, barometers and weather houses, German souvenirs, beer steins, European Christmas decorations including nutcrackers, smoking men and Christmas pyramids.

“The Clock Shop.........I'm well over 70yrs old, and this was one of the very best experiences I have ever had. My local store in north Qld couldn't even be bothered looking at my clock. I phoned the Clock Shop and the lass asked me to send my clock down, she was certain they could repair it for me. I did....and Angus phoned to tell me he could repair the clock. He was thoughtful, kind, and assured me he would have it repaired licketey-split. He did, and in a few days, I had my clock returned. We are travelling south soon, and we will be calling in to visit Angus and his "Clock Shop"......Thanks again Angus......for the best service I've received in the last 20 yrs... Lloyd Parker”

“Walked into the Clock Shop just for a look around. We were amazed at the collections and quality of the products. So much so we purchased a very modern German wall clock. The level of service and knowledge was genuinely impressive. There was a sale on several items in the store, I did not ask for a discount, however when I paid Angus gave us the discount. On an aside, also gained so important knowledge about Christmas candles.”

“This is the first time I have attempted to repair a clock and I had five of them! I'm an amateur horologist and knew literally nothing at all about the different mechanisms and sized etc that are available; it was a daunting task, as each of these clocks had a sentimental value to the owners. I was afraid of doing more harm than good. The tutorials and all the information available on the Clockshop website taught me everything I needed to know and all of the clocks are now back with the owners and ticking away happily. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks.”

“Ok, so I brought home my gorgeous incense holder and let me tell you, I asked myself where has this whimsical witch been all my life!!!!! The quality in the make of this character let alone the versatility to be more than a display piece from the enchanting Black forest of Germany, gave me Hansel and Gretel vibes but a classic mystical version of a Brothers Grimm fairy tale that sparks curiosity and intrigue! I love how this little piece of my own German family history can become a piece of art and fun spanning generations! The smells of all the amazing incense I purchased too are uplifting and so inviting to any space (my favourite the Christmas Bakery) I can't wait to add to my new found love and collection of German incense characters! 🧹 🔥 🪵 🌲 🧙🏻🪾🍁🐿️🌰🍄‍🟫🥨🍺”

“These people are fantastic. I recently purchased from them an inexpensive replacement part for a wall clock. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong part - my mistake. The Clock Shop people were extremely helpful in resolving the issue. They treated me like on old, long-standing customer even though I hadn't dealt with them before and, as noted, the clock part was inexpensive. The process of delivery and returns was quick and easy and I even finished with a small credit on the original payment. These people know what "customer service" means.”

“We have a 15+ year old slate clock we bought from Wales and the motor finally failed. After a thorough web search, the Clock Shop was certainly the clearest and most versatile location for a replacement. It was easy selecting the motor and hands we wanted. The parts arrived promptly and well packed, and were easy to install.”

“What a beautiful shop with the most loveliest of owners. We took our big wall clock to be looked at and repaired and Angus was so accommodating. He had a look at it straight away and fixed it on the spot with no charge. We will definitely be back. Thanks Angus :)”

“Firstly the web page was easy to use and order the parts I needed for my existing wall clock. This clock has significant sentimental value to me. So being able to identify the worn parts and find them so easily was very rewarding for me. The parts were very packed with plenty of protection . My order was sent in a timely efficient manner with lots of information about my parcels location. Just great service, and I recommend the Clock shop. Great job guys. Thankyou. regards Arthur”

“I really couldn't be happier with the service from the Clock Shop. Based in another state, I contacted Angus about a large wall clock I have and the possibility of replacing the mechanism which had died. Angus went about and beyond. I sent my mechanism to him, he was able to match it and called me to confirm. He was so accommodating of his time and was happy to answer every question I had. I was genuinely taken aback by the care and consideration that was offered to me given the costs involved were minimal. It cost me $25 for the replacement part plus postage - though i was treated like it was an incredibly important job. Truly, the kind of service you rarely see these days. I will have to find more reasons to purchase from this establishment!”

“Obsessed so much with this shop! The Clock Shop is more than a store, it's a museum and testament to sacred time honoured traditional German craftsmanship and black forest history that Dan, Holly and their family have kept alive and inspired not only us but future generations to appreciate this unique artistic history!!!! Our kids adore the shop so much we can't wait to add to our collection! Our Trenkle Wetterhaus has been sitting pride of place (next to vacant space/ real estate for our next cuckoo 😆) giving us such a unique way to tell the weather. Seriously if you want a weather instrument for the kids that bring joy and happiness to the home buy a Wetterhaus!!!!! I can't thankyou all enough for bringing years of joy and history to everyone since your opening in 1993! Seriously can't wait to come in and be inspired all over again soon!”

“Thanks for your efforts in getting our Hermle Grandfather clock from Brisbane to the West. My wife and eldest daughter are absolutely thrilled with its stature, presence and its deep resent chime. For me a strong connection with my Mother Country so long ago. This piece is an absolute treasure and now resides in pride of place in our foyer. “I recently required a new working component for a wall clock. As the clock had family significance it was essential to repair. Upon talking to the team a Clock Shop they suggested I send it over to them. Within a week I had the new part back to me in Perth. The service level was far beyond what one receives at most places these days. Congratulations”

“I couldn't find anyone to fix my Mum's wall clock so hopped online to Clock Shop. They made it easy to know how to measure and order the correct replacement kit. It arrived quickly with simple instructions. My Mum is very happy the clock is back on the wall. Thank you.”
