Ordered on 2/9/23 email invoice said would be released 10/10/23 I rang them around 23/10 (Hayley) to enquire where order is advised would be released around 11/11/23 again I rang (Rachel) to be advised still waiting for stock - on dock

There was no ‘customer service’ in that no emails sent to advise what was happening with my order unless I called to find out
Disappointing service after you were recommended to me by a friend
However I love my nutcracker advent calendar
