Clock Shop takes you on an incredible journey into the world of clocks. From mechanical cuckoo clocks and chiming grandfather clocks to watches, music boxes and anniversary clocks, there are literally hundreds of clocks to see and choose from.

As well as clocks, there is a fabulous range of German made weather instruments, barometers and weather houses, German souvenirs, beer steins, European Christmas decorations including nutcrackers, smoking men and Christmas pyramids.

If you're visiting South East Queensland the Clock Shop in Montville is truly iconic and a must see.

Everything about ordering and delivery was perfect. However, only one clock has been tried, and the minute and hour hands do not move.

Thank you for advising you have collected your order Kevin. I appreciate that delays are frustrating and it is a difficult time with lockdowns occuring all over the country. We are all suffering the consequences in one way or another. All Clock Shop orders are dispatched in 24 - 48 hours and once it leaves our warehouse we have no control other than to continue to provide support and tracking information. What I can say is that the item was promptly despatched. Can’t say beyond that, because the order placed 21 June has not yet been delivered! Has gone from Montville to Redbank to Chullora NSW; several ‘arrivals’ at Perth airport; several promised delivery date ranges; and has now ‘arrived’ at Perth airport again, with delivery in the next few days. Not happy with Aus Post.

We absolutely love this shop, as locals, we frequent the shop often. However, we were disappointed after showing our daughter our new purchased to discover after a quick google search that she was able to find the exact same clock at the fraction of the price. I guess this is to be expected for such a touristy area but $300 versus $685 is quite a markup.

Would have given a higher rating except the clock has stopped 5 times since purchase in past week. Phone call to clock shop identified a number of placement issues and while these have been attended to the clock still stopped overnight. Feeling a bit frustrated.

Cannot get the cuckoo to work I put it on the hook The pendulum will not tick so it just sit on the wall

Thank you for reaching out Maria. Your clock was tested prior to dispatch as is our policy so hopefully this is a simple fix. I would love to help you work through what might be causing the problem. In any case, please note you have 2 years warranty on your beautiful cuckoo clock. Please call one of our team on 07 5442 9409 when it is convenient for you to run through some basic troubleshooting. hi I thank you for your prompt delivery service How ever the snow globes are way over priced for what they are Very cheap looking and the snow globe that has santas slay inside that turns around is all bent Very dissapointed in the quality

The product was not calibrated and not only that postage was very expensive. I was also a bit disappointed that even though I had given the correct address. I had to check the security cameras to see when the deliveryman parked on the street to get my package and then ask my neighbour did they get my package by mistake and they had already opened it.

Thank you for your feedback Catherine. We really appreciate that you have taken time to provide details of your experience. I would like to take this opportunity to provide a little calrification that might help you. The barometer is calibrated at 0 meters above sea level in Germany. It is shipped to us here where we are based in Montville, Queensland which is over 500m above sea level. This variation in altitude causes the air pressure to drop and therfore they read 'inaccurately' while here in our warehouse. So it is not possible to re-calibrate the barometer at altitude and then send it to a customer at a different altitude as it will then be inaccurate again. This is why they must be calibrated or set when your first get the weather instrument. I apologise for any confusion regarding the setup. Unfortunately your experience with the courier is out of our control but we really value this feedback. It helps us to choose our carriers based on their performance and customer satisfaction so thank you again. The shipping costs are clearly displayed and in every case approved by the customer before submitting their order. All of our consignments are shipped fully insured against loss or damage and I am of the opinion that $25 for shipping including insurance is not excessive to Carins. Thank you for your support and I am very sorry that this shopping experience was not as positive as you had hoped.

Shop is lovely and most of the people working there. Didn't appreciate the older lady making faces behind my parents and partners back when they asked questions, very unprofessional. Other gentlemen staff on that day were very helpful.

Arrived quickly and was pretty straight forward to order on line. Only thing that could be improved was that there were no assembly instructions with the clock mechanism nor could I find anything on their website so had to search for something on YouTube.
