You need to tell your customers the truth. Braun clocks are being mass produced in China. Yes they are German-designed but sadly the quality has declined enormously since they switched production to China. I bought a small Braun travel alarm clock from your online shop and the clockhand control at the back is almost unworkable. The supposedly luminescent tips of the hands do not show up in the dark. And the alarm button on the top is lop-sided when up.
