I bought a clock about 2 weeks ago. Got it home to discover the hands bent so bad that it couldn't run. This was after your shop assistant supposedly fixed it ( had to come back to shop whilst this was done ). I rang to report same, was it passed on to you as I asked? Very disappointing....
