Clock Shop takes you on an incredible journey into the world of clocks. From mechanical cuckoo clocks and chiming grandfather clocks to watches, music boxes and anniversary clocks, there are literally hundreds of clocks to see and choose from.

As well as clocks, there is a fabulous range of German made weather instruments, barometers and weather houses, German souvenirs, beer steins, European Christmas decorations including nutcrackers, smoking men and Christmas pyramids.

If you're visiting South East Queensland the Clock Shop in Montville is truly iconic and a must see.

““Very disappointed as looked like painted wood,no grain visible. After contacting the clock shop i was supplied a beautiful woodgrain backing. I now love this” This was not the clock shops fault as its how the clock came from Germany”

“I recently had a a very sentimental Red Cedar Clock that had been hand carved by my beautiful mum, repaired by Angus. I went in thinking it needed a new mechanism and hands. Angus replaced the mechanism, straightened and fixed the original hands and also polished it to perfection ready to hang. I highly recommend this business for their excellent service and product knowledge also it’s just a lovely shop full of beautiful clocks, decorations and things!”

“I bought an electric clock to replace my mom's mechanical one-day-clock. She's 92 and it's too much for her to manage anymore. I haven't given the new one to her yet but I'm sure she will enjoy it. Your web site is very good! The whole experience is very well organized on all fronts from shopping, payment transaction, packaging and the tracking of product shipping. Well done!”

“Price is well above competitors (as I found out later) Expertise didn’t pick up that I was ill advised to install a second hand on their high torque UTS high torque movement. Delivery speed was good. Communication was good with the exception of deciding to change my given name. For the want of an open nut which I mistakenly thought was included, I was offered an option to ship the said $1 part for anywhere between $1.50 and $12.95. Not the way I’d run a business, but hey. Fully expect that this review won’t see the light of the web page.”

We are a professional business and take all feedback seriously and I am perplexed as to why you would expect your review not to be shown on our web page? We do not under any circumstances manipulate or control reviews diplayed to other customers. There are some instances where we can not be as competitive as other supplies, simply due to sales volumes however we provide further value with an extensive range and excellent support to our customers with informative guides and videos to assist customers with DIY repairs. You purchased items that were not compatible even though this is clearly described in the product description. You have responded to our support team suggesting Clock Shop should have contacted you to inform you of your error. To be completely honest, we would love to have the time to pass every order through the hands of our technical team to ensure each component ordered is compatible however this simply isn't viable. To mitigate these mistakes we provide specific, detailed information on our website. After a review with our support team in relation to the mixup of your name, it is apparent that our support software has by default used your full Christian name that is used as the "From" name associated with your email address, not your preferred name. Your preferred name was used in the initial reply to you however in a subsequent reply this has been overlooked and we are very sorry. To rectify the ordering error we have provided you with the option to purchase the necessary part and 3 shipping options. Yes, the part is only $1.00 however you were given three options for shipping - as a letter without tracking, with tracking or express post with tracking. I acknowledge this is not how you would run a business however this is again part of our customer service; a comprehensive, detailed list of shipping options. We will carefully review each part of your experience outlined above and make the relevant changes to ensure we continue to provide quality products and excellent customer service. “We had a marvellous time shopping at your beautiful shop ! As soon as you walk in the front door the sounds and appearance of all the wonderful items in your shop just lifts your spirits and makes you feel happy 😊 After many visits over about 20 years and buying little gifts we finally bought a cuckoo clock. We love the tunes and the little bird that chirps on the hour. There is a different song that plays after the cuckoo each hour. And at night it automatically goes onto quiet mode. We love it 😍 The lady that served us was very kind and thoughtful and even gave us a list of the names of the songs. We bought about 6 items all together. Very happy with the whole experience Five Stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️ 💛 👌 Highly recommended. We will be back.”
