It was overall a good experience and the ladies were helpful. There were a lot of people on Sunday wanting to visit the store but because of the CLOSED sign they walked away. Most people didn’t see that the store would open at 12.30pm which is an unusual opening time. Also, if I was a store owner and I saw groups of people standing outside ready for 12.30pm, and it was 20 past 12, I would open the doors and let them in. Not make them wait till the dot of 12.30pm. This is not how you encourage customers to support your store.
