I needed a new mechanism for a wall clock that has sentimental value. I found it easy on your website to identify a replacement that was well enough described for me to be confident it would fit (and it did!), and the new mechanism turned up less than two days after I ordered it!
Re the price - my observation was that the mechanism was not the cheapest available, but I felt confident it was value for money.
