Friendly staff and great customer service. Due to logistical shipping issues my order had been delayed. I received a thorough email explaining what was happening, approximate delay times etc. It couldn't be helped and nobody was to blame but an email communicating to me exactly what was happening was fantastic. And without me having to make any calls to ask for an explanation. Great communication and great initiative!
