Unfortunately the two nuts you supplied against order CS00099753 for "Small Hand Nut for Hermle Mechanical Clock” did not fit my Hermle 451-053H because the description on your website did not indicate that they would be unsuitable. In response to my telephone enquiry, I have just now received the subsequent order and am pleased to advise that new the nuts appear to fit perfectly. I understand that you are a small, family owned business and am grateful that you spend your time helping people like myself, however as I have had to pay twice and the original order was only because of your insufficient description, I would have thought you would mention some way of compensating me.
