Sales experience was great. Upon returning to have the band adjusted a few days later (as suggested when I bought it) my husband (I purchased it as present for him) said he felt like his request to adjust the band was a great inconvenience to the staff. They wanted to charge him for the service. They expected him to know how many links he wanted removed (he didn’t know so had a guess). He had told the lady it had been purchased there. Maybe she thought he was lying. I’m really disappointed he was treated like that. It was a big deal to me to spend so much on a watch and I was happy to support a local business. But next time I’ll stick with the local jewellers.
