Exceptional service. Fast and well-packed delivery. I particularly appreciated the personal phone call soon after I placed the online order to check if the product was the correct type. I recently inherited an authentic 3 weighted West German-made Cuckoo Clock and needed to know how to oil it and maintain it. The Clockshop service and knowledge engendered both confidence and joy. These are not simple (nor cheap) clocks and are quite the thing to experience with the right small level of TLC.
