the whole process was fast and easy. I was impressed with the service from this company. A plus. My cuckoo clock is really lovely, i am very happy with it. It arrived super quick and was well packed, no breakage at all. Fantastic instructions on how to set up, and only minimal set up needed. I would recommend buying a clock from this company.
