Hi Daniel. Story is the mechanism on a favorite wooden clock stopped working so I ordered one from you. When I got it turned out I had ordered one with too short a stem. I the ordered another. This fit but when I fit the hands they were turnout not correctly. I reached out and got some advice but the only fix was to send the clock to you. When I got it back for a charge of bugger all I found that I had a new mechanism and hands. When I put it together it didn’t quite work initially but with fiddling did work and still does. What surprised me was your guys had the clock but didn’t assemble it. All good now good luck with your business.
