I originally bought a replacement motor but it didn't fit the original hands. I reached out and was given options for hands that would fit the motor. At first, it didn't work but when I re-read the instructions it started working and it looks fantastic. I wanted white hands so I had to paint the black hands white. Not sure if stocking white hands is something that you would consider.
