I required parts for a Schatz 8 day Cuckoo Clock and once I got onto you with part numbers of the applicable parts they were despatched and arrived in two days.
The only reason you got 4 instead of 5 stars is that it took two days to get onto you.!
I repaired clocks professionally for Prouds, Angus and Coote and three other Jewellers in Canberra back in the 60's as matter of interest.
