The length of time between placing an order and receiving the product was excellent. Upon opening the product, I was initially shocked to see the writing was in German and not English. Despite, this initial shock, I decided that it was I who did not enquire about whether the product came in English. For this reason, I did not require an explanation from you. So, just to recap, I have no issue but as you asked for feedback, this is what I have offered.
