Your service was excellent. Unfortunately, the watch purchased did not work after a couple of days.
We tried replacing the battery but this was not the issue. A replacement 'component' has been ordered at $180 which I agreed to as the watch was a birthday present for my granddaughter and she was disappointed that it did not work. I would have returned it to you but it was advertised as 'the last one'.
But I would not hesitate to recommend the Clock Shop - as I said before - your service was excellent.
Hopefully the component works.
