Very expensive postage for just a set of cuckoo clock hands,
We rang to ask that they be posted in an envelope with a stamp on it, but told you couldn't do that.
We operate an antique clock business in Albury and it would definately deter us from purchasing from you in the future.
We needed the hands asap, so had no choice but to accept postage cost.
We always get the cheapest postage cost for our customers when we send any clocks in the mail.
