I visited the shop from Brisbane to look for a reverse clock after mine broke. Lady said there was no stock available. She suggested the purchase of a movement. Duly purchased a week later over the phone, delivered promptly. I am totally satisfied, Previously I purchased a grandfather clock. Then I got the same great service. Well done.
