I recently purchased a Musical Christmas Snow Globe which was quite exquisite. Unfortunately I arrived damaged (not their fault - it was the carrier) and was beyond repair. On contacting the Clock Shop Erin and Kate could not have been more apologetic and helpful. I was provided an immediate refund (no questions asked) which was in my account that day. Excellent customer service. I could not recommend the Clock Shop more highly.
