The quartz clock workings item was not size 19mm as shown on packaging, but 16mm. Rang to sort it out, nice lady (that's the 2 stars) said she would forward on. Then nothing. Left for a week and sent message via web site, Still nothing. Gave up and purchased correct item elsewhere. Clock works fine.
