Excellent. Website and instructions video first class. Email responses were prompt, courteous and to the point. The replacement mechanism was easy to fit, and so far keeps excellent time. The only downside for me was the overall postage cost of $20 to post the failed mechanism and receive the new one, almost the same cost as the mechanism itself. But that I guess is a reality no way reflecting on Clock Shop. Will certainly visit next time in Montville.
