First was Hayley who was extremely patient with me ordering over the phone. She had to figure out what sort of clock mechanism I needed.
Secondly, about ten days later, was Holly who also had to calculate my clock needs. Also very patient over the phone.
Both packages arrived before time.
Now I have two renewed clocks!
